FEATURED AND HEADER DISPLAY

There are two different options to show your properties instead of only shows when searched has been carried out including your holiday rentals criteria.

Regular way is only your holiday rentals will be shown to the holiday makers if they search some specific criteria, like (country, town). In other way you can be special one than all others, this ones are paid only and your holiday rentals can be displayed on 3 different place of the front page of the site, these are Header, Featured and Footer.

1st… Your property will be display on top of the site will always be on the first option to catch customers eyes, why not become on the HEADER show,
2nd… Show your property to attract more customer as a FEATURED listing,
This is the extra option for property owners to be special one.

3rd… Your properties can be shown at FOOTER menu.
This options are only valid for a month, it will start from the first day and until the last day of the month.
To able to get this option you need to have least one accommodation listed on ourholidayrentals.com and you can get it from this page, as it is only valid only one month and if you would like to get more than a month, that you need to purchase again.
If you have more than one property and would like to get for other rentals you can increase the amount on the shopping page.

CHARGES

Listing on us is always free however like all other sites there is a cost for keeping alive the site, for most this type of sites are based on charge for only if any accommodation is booked and some percentage of the total payment will be charged from holiday makers as part of the total payment, that will not effect any extra amount for rental bookers. Our earning is coming from owners earning and it will be only %5 of the total booking and no extra charges.
